Usui Reiki is a great tool to introduce people into the fields of energy work and holistic practice. Usui Reiki can be taught and practiced by anyone who has a desire to do work on others or even just themselves.

What is Reiki? Developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Reiki is a Japanese form of healing and energy balancing that has its roots deep in Tibetan energy work. Reiki complements any belief system and other alternative and traditional healing/balancing practices such as massage, spiritual healing, prayer, aura cleansing, crystal therapy, naturopathy, homeopathy, chakra balancing, meditation, aromatherapy, and all Western medical practices. Reiki works on the physical, spiritual, and emotional levels of ailments.
