It is valuable but can not be saved

What is the only thing that is valuable beyond any treasure in the world?

It can can not be saved or traded.

Once gone it can never be gained again. Yet it can be shared without cost.

It is TIME

While you may say time is an illusion and well it might be for our soul and mind it is not for our body in this journey. Our body has a finite internal clock that will release us to our next journey so choose your time here wisely and choose the next journey even more wisely.

When is the time

Be bold and take the risk even if you don't know if the timing is right.  Don't wait until you have spent so much time exsaming if this is the right move that you make the right move to late. It is never to late to have what you dream if you act on it.

Stop The Bleeding

“You can accept or reject the way you are treated by other people, but until you heal the wounds of your past, you will continue to bleed. You can bandage the bleeding with food, with alcohol, with drugs, with work, with cigarettes, with sex, but eventually, it will all ooze through and stain your life. You must find the strength to open the wounds, stick your hands inside, pull out the core of the pain that is holding you in your past, the memories, and make peace with them. Iyanla Vanzant

Love Is

“To love is to receive a glimpse of heaven.”
Open your heart today to the expression of non-judgmental love to all living things and allow yourself to receive a great gift. Sometimes just listening to your heart can be a revolutionary act.

I Fully Love Myself When:

"I fully love myself when", My friend Alison shared this simple yet powerful phrase with me just the other day, I tried it an quickly found my self giggling at each thing I ended the phrase with, giving myself permission not to take my successes or set backs so seriously.

Have you even been embarrassed and felt like you wanted to shrink away? Next time try “I fully love myself when (I embarrass myself), (I squirt milk out of my nose), (I forget someone’s name)”, I had a great opportunity to do this and felt relief and also a smile came to my face denoting it was just a normal part of living.

It is useful for positive things in our life. If you have trouble accepting praise or acknowledgement or even acknowledging yourself try using the phrase “I fully love myself when (I learn a new song), (my hard work is acknowledged), (I finished a project).”

Give it a go, but maybe not out loud at first unless the people around you know you well, strangers might want to help you find your medication.
